MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
6 oz. mini chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment or waxed paper. Beat whites until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar. Continue beating until stiff and glossy. Fold in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto paper lined pans. Place in oven. TURN OFF HEAT. Leave in oven overnight.
