CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 lb. cranberries, whole (wash & grind) (berries will grind better if frozen)
1 orange, grate rind, grind entire orange except seeds
1 apple, chopped
2 c. sugar, pour over ground cranberries overnight
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, including juice
1 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve Jello in water; cool. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour in mold. Refrigerate.
