MISSISSIPPI MUDD CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 can coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 1/2 c. crushed nuts

Mix all ingredients together. Grease and flour cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. While cake is hot, spread 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme on top of cake, then let cool. Now spread topping after cake is completely cool.

TOPPING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cocoa or more
1/2 c. milk or less
