For each batch of 10, use 1 package biscuits from dairy case. Separate biscuits and press each one down with palm of hand. Put 1/2 teaspoon of ricotta cheese and small piece of ham in center of each biscuit. Fold over and fork edges. Bake according to directions on biscuit container. (ex. 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until golden brown).
