MEATBALLS STROGANOFF
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 tsp. dried crushed thyme
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
24 (1 inch diameter) meatballs
1/2 c. sour cream
Hot cooked rice or noodles or mashed potatoes

In 2-quart casserole, blend soup and milk. Stir in ketchup, thyme, and garlic powder. Place in microwave oven. Cook sauce on Cycle 1 (HIGH) for 5 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Add meatballs and cover. Cook Cycle 2 at HIGH powder for 8 minutes, until sauce is bubbly and meatballs are cooked, stirring twice. Stir 3/4 cup of hot mixture into the sour cream, then put back in casserole. Return to microwave. Cook on Cycle 1 at 70% power for 1 minute. Serve over hot rice, hot noodles, or hot mashed potatoes. Makes 4-6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
