SOUTHERN STYLE PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
1/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chives
2 c. cooked noodles

In skillet, brown chops in shortening. Add next 6 ingredients. Stir in chives. Serve over noodles. Makes 4-6 servings.
