CREOLE HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. sliced onion
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mixed frozen vegetables

Brown meat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and tomato juice. Add green pepper, onion and celery. Bring to a boil.

Pour into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with pastry topping. Flute edge. Bake 30-35 minutes in 425 degree oven.

PASTRY:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
2 or 3 tbsp. water

Cut slits in crust.
