POTATO STUFFER | |
4 lg. Bakers 1/2 brick, any kind of cheese, creamed 1/2 c. bacon bits 1/2 c. green onion 1/2 c. sour cream Salt & pepper to taste Bake potatoes at 350 degrees for an hour. Mix together all other ingredients. Cool potatoes about 15 minutes. Slice across top and scrape out potato meat. Mix with cheese mixture. Fill potato skins with mixture. Serves 4 (optional) sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. |
