VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn (white)
1 (17 oz.) can baby peas (Le Sueur)
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans
1 lg. green bell pepper
1 c. celery
1 c. green onions
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Drain vegetables. Chop bell pepper, celery, and green onions (with tops) fine. Mix all together. Add dressing. Mix all together and refrigerate overnight.
