CHICKEN RUBY 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cranberries
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. grated orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger

Coat chicken with flour and salt. Melt butter in large skillet; brown chicken. Combine in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken. Cover pan and cook slowly until tender 35 to 40 minutes.
