STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 sm. box strawberry jello
1 c. frozen strawberries or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. thawed and drained (reserve juice)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
1 stick butter, softened
1 box confectioners sugar

Add eggs to mix one at a time, then the other 4 ingredients. Put batter in 2 (9-inch) cake pans or 1 (9x13 inch) pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Beat 1 stick soft butter with 1 box confectioners sugar and enough of the reserved strawberry juice to make the right consistency, then ice the cake.
