COLD SLAW SALAD 
1 med. cabbage
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 c. dark vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed
2 c. sugar

Grate cabbage; chop onion and bell pepper. Set aside.

Heat oil, vinegar, celery seed, mustard seed and sugar to just at the boil stage, but not boiling. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir.
