BIEROCKS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. head cabbage, shredded fine
3 med. onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. hot roll mix or your favorite recipe (can use refrigerated pkg. rolls)

Brown hamburger, then add seasonings, cabbage and onions. Simmer until tender. Set aside to cool; drain.

Roll dough into 4 inch squares. Put 2 tbsp. of mixture in center of square. Place another square on top. Seal edges. Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
