CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
1 lb. natural style peanut butter 1 tbsp. oil 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1 stick (1/2 c.) butter 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips Mix together the natural style peanut butter with the oil. When smooth, mix together with the powdered sugar, butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate mixture overnight. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Form dough mixture into small balls. Dip balls into the melted chocolate using a toothpick inserted in center of ball. Set on waxed paper to harden and top with a dot of frosting in a decorator bag to hide toothpick hole. Store in freezer. |
