SPINACH SALAD 
1/2 to 3/4 pkg. fresh spinach, torn
4-5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 bunch lettuce, torn
1 bunch green onions, sliced with some green tops
3/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, uncooked
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese

SAUCE:

3/4 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Pinch of sugar, salt, and pepper
Enough milk to make sauce pour

In 9 x 13 inch pan, layer fresh spinach, eggs, lettuce, onions, bacon, and peas. Pour sauce over salad and top with 1/2 pound grated Swiss cheese. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
