FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |
1 c. peanut butter (chunky or creamy) 1 c. brown sugar 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips Beat together the peanut butter, brown sugar, egg and baking soda until the mixture is smooth and well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop the dough by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, spacing the mounds about 2-inches apart. Bake one pan at a time in a 350°F oven until the cookies are puffed and slightly golden, but still soft to the touch (about 10 minutes). Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack; let cool completely. |
