1 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate pudding, cooked
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

In large saucepan cook pudding according to directions on package. Blend cake mix, dry, into hot pudding with beater for 2 minutes. Add cherries. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
