CRAB SOUP 
1 lg. can tomatoes and 1 can water
4 c. chicken broth (bouillon cubes)
1 med. onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
2-3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 bay leaf
1 lb. crab meat
1 pkg. frozen vegetables

Melt butter in pan. Add onion and celery and saute. Add tomatoes, water, chicken broth, salt, Old Bay seasoning and bay leaf. Simmer, covered 30-40 minutes. Add crab meat and frozen vegetables. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. If liquid cooks away, add 1 cup chicken broth.
