BAKED CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked white meat
3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. black olives
1/2 c. English walnuts
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Mix white meat, celery, onion, mayonnaise, black olives, walnuts and water chestnuts; cover with about 1 cup cheddar cheese and 1 cup potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
