TARRAGON CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 can beef consomme
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice
1 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. tarragon
Salt/pepper to taste

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add other ingredients and stir. Top with chicken breasts. Cook 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with cranberry sauce.
