ROUND STEAK ROLL - UPS 
1 round steak
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (12 or 16 oz.) pkg. bacon

Cut round steak into 4 inch strips; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle each strip with dry onion soup mix. Lay bacon over strips (cut to fit). Roll up each strip with bacon. Secure with toothpicks. Lay roll-ups on side, touching each other, in Dutch oven with just a little water. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
