4 eggs, beat slightly
1 c. half & half
1 1/4 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 box chopped broccoli, cooked
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Saute onion and mushrooms. Mix all ingredients and fill pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. It may take longer, depending on your oven. I put a knife in the center; if it comes out clear, its done.
