CHOCOLATE CARAMEL CAKE 
1 Betty Crocker German chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 stick butter

Mix cake mix according to directions on box, put half of batter in pan and cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt remaining ingredients. When cake is done pour melted mixture over cake, then put a layer of 1 cup chopped nuts and 1 package of chocolate chips. Pour remainder of cake batter over and cook 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
