CRANBERRY CREPES 
CRANBERRY SAUCE:

1 c. cranberries
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
3 oz. butter
4 oz. raspberry jelly
1 tsp. brown sugar

CREPES:

1 c. milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda water
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter

1. Cook cranberries in butter until they start popping. Add sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and jelly.

2. Simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.

CREPES:

1. Melt butter. Add to milk and eggs. Beat constantly. Slowly add soda water and flour until batter thickens evenly.

2. Cook in 5" pan (just add a little batter). Don't flip, just brown on the bottom.
