CHRISTMAS JAM 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries, thawed
4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. liquid pectin

Coarsely chop cranberries in food processor. Combine cranberries, strawberries, sugar in pan. Bring to boil; cook 1 minute. Remove from heat; add pectin. Bring back to boil; full rolling boil for 1 minute. Stir constantly. Remove. Skim off foam. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Leave 1/4 inch headspace. Add lids. Yields 7 half pints.
