REFRIGERATOR DINNER ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 c. warm (body temp.) water

Mix and set aside.

Scald 2 cups milk. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons salt; cool until lukewarm. Add yeast mix and 2 beaten eggs. Beat all ingredients. Slowly beat in 8 cups flour. Knead 1 or 2 cups more flour. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Then knead until smooth.

Put in greased bowl and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Next morning take out and let stand a little while. Shape into rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Can be used for cinnamon or cardamon rolls. Makes 5-6 dozen.
