CORN SOUFFLE 
1/2 c. melted butter, melted
1/2 c. flour
1 can cream style corn
3 eggs, separated
Milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Soda crackers

Mix butter and flour together in a souffle or casserole dish. Add corn; mix well. Stir beaten egg yolks into corn mixture. Add milk just to cover. Add salt; mix thoroughly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Crumble cracker crumbs on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. 4 to 6 servings.
