CHICKEN ENCHILADA 
1 boned chicken
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 med. pkg. Fritos
1 c. grated cheese

Place layer of chickens, layer of soup, layer of enchilada sauce and Fritos (1/2 of each) in baking dish. Repeat with remainder. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees about 25-30 minutes.
