PEANUT MARSH BARS 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter
2 c. marshmallows

Combine and mix all except marshmallows until mixture is crumbly. Press into 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Sprinkle 2 cups miniature marshmallows on top and return to oven for 2 minutes.

TOPPING:

2/3 c. light corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Rice Krispies
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. peanut butter chips
2 c. salted peanuts

Mix all except peanuts and Rice Krispies in pan. Melt and stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; mix. Spoon onto marshmallows; chill.
