1 stick butter
1 c. walnuts
1 1/4 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
Chopped nuts for top of dessert
2 to 3 oz. Cool Whip for top

Mix together butter, one cup of walnuts and flour. Bake in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely! Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread in pan. Prepare pudding using the 3 cups of milk. Gently spread pudding and milk mixture over cheese mixture. Spread additional Cool Whip on top of pudding. Sprinkle with nuts.
