1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 jar caramel topping
1 c. chocolate chips
12 oz. carton Cool Whip
3 Heath bars, chilled & crushed

Prepare cake mix as directed. Ten to 15 minutes into baking, sprinkle chocolate chips over cake. Continue baking until done. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes. Poke holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Pour Eagle Brand over cake. Cool cake. Pour on caramel topping. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with crushed candy bars. Keep refrigerated.
