PICKLED OKRA 
1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
Okra
Garlic bud
1/2 pod hot pepper
1 tsp. dill seed

Boil vinegar, water, and salt for 5 minutes. In each jar pack okra and your choice of one or all: garlic, hot pepper, dill weed. Have lids hot and pour hot liquid over okra. Save leftover vinegar mixture in refrigerator for next batch.
