STUFFED MEAT ROLL 
1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
4 tbsp. onions, cooked in 1 tbsp. shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten

Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Put on waxed paper. Pat out in sheet 14-inches long x 10-inches wide.

Potato and Pea Stuffing:

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 can green pea soup
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Combine ingredients. Mix well. Place on the meat and roll the meat mixture around stuffing. Remove wax paper.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

Serves 8.
