1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. food coloring
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, Karo syrup and 1/2 of sugar. Stir until mixture boils. Stir in rest of sugar and vanilla. Remove from heat. Add flavor (add flavor extract to your liking) and coloring. Stir until candy holds its shape.
