VEGETABLE WITH SAUSAGE STUFFING 
1 1/2 boxes Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 lb. roll Owens Reg. sausage (pork) hot sausage may be used
2 c. grated yellow squash
2 c. grated zucchini
1 or 2 sm. white squash, grated or chopped (optional)

In large skillet, brown sausage. Add onions, peppers, celery and saute just until tender. Add squash and stir until warm.

In large pan, pour Stove Top stuffing and all vegetables from skillet and mix well. (If not moist enough add water or broth as needed.) Use salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.

Can be used to stuff other vegetables; pork chops, chicken, turkey, etc. Excellent for stuffing cornish hens or as a side dish; cheese lovers may add cheese toppings.

When cooking stuffing, do not overcook.
