HIDDEN VALLEY® RANCH SALAD | |
1 head iceburg lettuce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped 1 pkg. fresh spinach 1 bunch green onions 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled In large mixing bowl. Tear lettuce and spinach in bite size pieces. Chop onions, including tops. Don't cook peas. Add bacon. Put all in a large salad bowl and make dressing. 1 c. sour cream 1 (8 oz.) pkg. original HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch mix Mix dressing and spread overtop of salad like icing. Do not mix. Set overnight in refrigerator. Mix well just before serving. |
