FRIED CABBAGE 
2 to 3 slices bacon
1 med. cabbage, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
2 med. potatoes
1 can chicken broth

Fry bacon; add onion, garlic, potatoes and cabbage. Simmer until mixture turns light brown. Stir frequently. Pour in broth; add salt and pepper. Cover and simmer until brown.
