SUGARLESS COOKIES

Cal. 144, Carb. 15 gr., Pro. 3 gr., Fat. 8 gr., Pot. 192 gr., Sodium 116 gr.

INGREDIENTS:

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. minus 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees; 350 if using Baker's Secret pans.

Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients mixing well to blend. drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten a little with fork. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

VARIATIONS: Add 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves for spice drops. Or instead of raisins add 1/2 cup chopped or whole cranberries.
