FRUIT COFFEE CAKE 
5 tbsp. butter
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 pack dry yeast and 2/3 warm water
1 c. plain flour
2 eggs
1 can pie filling of your choice
2 tbsp. sugar

Melt butter; set aside. Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 1/2 cup cake mix, flour, and eggs. Mix well and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Spoon pie filling over batter. Sprinkle sugar over pie filling. Combine remaining cake mix with butter; pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp. corn syrup
1 tbsp. hot water

Pour over cooled cake.
