CREAMED SALMON 
1 pt. can of salmon, bones and skin removed
2 c. dried bread crumbs
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika, to taste

Prepare a cream sauce with the milk, butter, cornstarch, salt and paprika. In a well buttered casserole, place a layer of crumbs, a layer of salmon and a layer of cream sauce; repeat layers, adding crumbs last and bits of butter on last layer of crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until thoroughly heated.
