ORANGE SURPRISE 
6 oranges
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 pt. orange sherbet
Heavy cream, whipped
Chocolate shavings or leaves
1 tsp. brandy or cognac

Cut tops off of oranges and scoop out insides. If desired, pink edges of orange shells. Combine vanilla ice cream, sherbet and cognac in blender for just a moment. Fill orange shells with mixture. Place in freezer until set. At serving time, remove from freezer and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings or leaves.
