WILTED SPINACH | |
1 pkg. fresh spinach 6 strips bacon 3 eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. milk Cook spinach only until it wilts. Fry bacon, crumble. Take off grease. Scramble 2 eggs with bacon. Beat 1 egg until foamy. Add sugar, vinegar and milk. Add to bacon and eggs. Heat through, but do not boil. Pour over spinach. |
