CRUSTLESS NUT PIE | |
6 egg whites 2 c. sugar 2/3 tsp. cream of tartar 2 c. soda crackers, crushed 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. nuts Beat egg whites, add sugar and beat. Add cream of tartar and vanilla. When meringue, stir in broken nuts and crackers. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool in refrigerator overnight. Top with 8 ounces Cool Whip and 1 large package frozen strawberries (or whatever else you'd like) mixed. |
