3 egg whites (beaten)
1 c. sugar
1 c. Hi-Ho crackers (crushed)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites, add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Spray pie pan with Pam. Pour in mixture. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
