1/2 cake German chocolate
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 egg
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt chocolate and butter. Add sugar, vanilla, and egg. Beat well with mixer. Add cream to thin. Good on plain cake and angel food.
