FRUITY CHEESE SPREAD | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello, any flavor 1/4 c. pecans, chopped Assorted fresh fruit, cookies & crackers Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Beat in gelatin until well blended. Form mixture into 5 inch round. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill 1 hour. Remove plastic wrap. Press pecans gently around edges of cheese round. Serve with fruit, cookies and crackers. Makes 2 cups. NOTE: Cheese round may be made 2 days ahead and refrigerated; let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving. |
