FUNNEL CAKES 
2 beaten eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. cooking oil

Combine eggs and milk. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into egg mixture. Beat until smooth.

Heat oil in an 8 inch skillet. Pour 1/2 cup batter into funnel, keeping finger over end. Release batter into hot oil in a pretzel shape. Fry until brown (3 minutes). Turn and cook for 1 minute. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
