STIR & DROP COOKIES 
2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs with a fork. Stir in Wesson oil, vanilla, and lemon peel. Blend in sugar (reserve 1 teaspoon). Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg mixture. Drop by teaspoon about 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Stamp each cookie flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. (Lightly oil glass, then dip in reserved sugar.) Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove at once from cookie sheet. If you bake the cookies (1) sheet, stir the mixture between each batch. 60 (2") cookies, 50 calories each.
