1 (12 oz.) bag of chocolate chips
8 tbsp. peanut butter

Place chips in large microwaveable bowl. Cook until softened. Add peanut butter. Cook until softened, not melted enough to run like syrup. 1 medium box of Corn Chex cereal or rice. Add cereal to bowl. Add lid and turn upside down and shake 'em, shake 'em, shake 'em, all you can.

Turn right side up and take lid off. Add powdered sugar, enough to coat well. Put lid back on, and shake, shake again. Ready to enjoy! Ready to enjoy!
