Vanilla ice cream
Blueberries, washed and drained
Green creme de menthe

Sprinkle cleaned berries over dish of ice cream. Pour small amount of liqueur over top to make a colorful, tasty and cooling dessert.

The recipe can be made in a large serving dish or in individual bowls.
